Dormer Loft Extension Stanmore

Project overview

A rear dormer loft extension on a modern house in Stanmore. We supplied all the materials and fitted everything ourselves, so the client could relax while we took care of it all. We arranged the scaffolding and temporary roof, fitted the steel beams, put in and boarded the new loft floor, built out the dormer and fitted the wide three-pane window. Inside, we drylined and plastered throughout, laid engineered wood flooring, fitted skirtings and architraves, and painted, leaving a bright bedroom with downlights.
