Hallway, Stairs & Living Room Northwood

Project overview

The hallway, staircase and living room of a family home in Northwood, taken right back and redecorated. In the hallway we stripped five layers of old wallpaper, plastered the walls for a smooth finish and repaired cracks in the ceiling, then painted the ceiling white and the walls in a soft neutral, with all the woodwork primed, undercoated and finished in brilliant white. In the living room the old wallpaper came off, the walls were washed down with sugar soap and sealed with Zinsser Gardz, then filled and sanded before the ceiling was painted white and the walls a warm peach, with the woodwork primed, undercoated and finished in white.
